What began as a simple but powerful mission—to create a safe, supportive environment for individuals with special needs—has grown into something truly special.

In 2014, we opened our first school in Seffner, followed by a second location in South Tampa in 2016. These schools were built on the belief that every child deserves individualized support, encouragement, and the opportunity to thrive. As our students grew, so did our vision.

We recognized a critical need beyond the school years: a place where adults with special needs could continue to learn, connect, and live fulfilling lives. In response, we opened our adult day facility, Impact’s Transitional Life-Skill Center in Brandon, providing a structured and engaging environment where participants could build skills, form friendships, and enjoy a meaningful daily routine.

This program was designed to empower adults with greater independence—helping them develop real-world skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose as they navigate adulthood.

Now, we are proud to introduce the next chapter:

Home on the Ranch is more than a place to live—it’s a place to belong. Designed for young adults seeking independence while still benefiting from a supportive environment, it offers a balance of freedom, safety, and community. Residents will enjoy a vibrant lifestyle filled with activities, connection, and opportunities to grow.

Set in a peaceful, natural setting, the ranch will also become a working farm, complete with baby goats, chickens, and hands-on experiences that foster responsibility, joy, and a deeper connection to the world around us.

Each phase of our journey has been guided by one goal: to create spaces where individuals with special needs feel valued, capable, and happy. As we open this third phase, we remain committed to growing alongside our community—building not just programs, but a lifelong pathway of support, independence, and belonging.
